A spacious grey sand beach popular with families. All facilities are close by and access to the beach is level. Note that the car parks can get full on hot summer days. At low tide the beach stretches all the way to Downderry beach. There are pleasant walks along the Seaton Valley.

This is one of our favourite dog walking beaches as it is a flat walk from the car park to the beach. There is also a very lovely cafe on the beach serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Seating inside or outside. The cafe is open all year including Boxing Day and even boasts a delicious log burner under cover outside.
