Well behaved dogs and their owners are most welcome at Dolbeare Park. The following requirements are to ensure everybody has an enjoyable holiday. We love our own dogs and expect our standards to be accepted by our guests and visitors.

If any of these requirements are not met we reserve the right to request the party to leave immediately without refund. We will not tolerate any dog owner (or their children) who do not immediately pick up and correctly dispose of dog waste or who abuse any of our facilities.

There is a maximum of two dogs per pitch except by prior agreement. We reserve the right to restrict certain breeds for the safety of our guests. Please advise details of your dogs when booking.

Dogs must be kept under effective control at all times and on a lead when outside of a caravan, tent, car or crate. The length of the lead must not exceed six feet.

We take great pains to keep our park as pristine as we can, we do, however, object strongly to dog owners that allow their dogs to urinate on the grass areas around their pitch. Bitches especially leave brown unsightely burn marks. Please either take your dog off site or to the dog walk.

Dogs are not allowed in any building or near any play area used by children. These areas include;

• the shop, laundry, toilets and showers
• the adventure play area and springer
• chess and Connect 4 games
• lower paddock recreation area
  

We have a very small dog walk on site with a dog waste bin. There are country lanes and footpaths all around us for you to take your dog off site.

We do not have an off lead dog exercise area on site. The paddock is for our campers and is not to be used as a dog exercise area. You are welcome to walk through the paddock to the exit gate with your dog. There are literally miles of country lanes and footpaths, some ending at a pub or two! Our nearest beach at Seaton is dog friendly.

We provide dog waste disposal facilities, anybody walking a dog anywhere on the park is expected to carry a scoop/bag with them at all times and use it when needed.

Responsible dog owners fully understand and appreciate our Dog Owners Guide, the irresponsible ones sadly do not.
