Arriving by Public Transport: National Express buses (tel 08705 808080) from London Victoria and Heathrow Airport to Penzance run serveral times a day. The 'Landrake Bypass' stop is one mile from our entrance and the journey time from London is about 6 hours. Western Greyhound (tel 01637 871871) run regular bus services 592 Plymouth-Liskeard and 572 Plymouth-Looe to the same stop.

Please let us know in advance if you need a lift from the bus stop.

Driving From the East: Follow the A38 past Plymouth and over the Tamar Bridge. After a further 4 miles (7km), when you reach Landrake, turn right immediately after the footbridge. Then follow our signs for 3/4 mile (1km) keeping to the left at the fork.

Driving From the West: Follow the A38 towards Plymouth, when you reach Landrake turn left just before the footbridge. Then follow our signs for 3/4 mile (1 km) keeping to the left at the fork.

Driving From the North: Follow the A388 from Callington to the junction of the A38 at Saltash (by Waitrose) and turn right at the roundabout. After 3 miles when you reach Landrake, turn right immediately after the footbridge. Then follow our signs for 3/4 mile (1km) keeping to the left at the fork.

Using SatNav: Please navigate via the A38 at Landrake, especially if arriving from the North or the West. We are less than 1 mile of good access from the A38. SatNavs have directed caravan and motorhome owners along some scenic and interesting but unsuitable routes.
