You can be assured of a warm welcome from Reception. We have a small shop that sells essential groceries including:

  • Off Licence selling beers, cider and wine
  • Takeaway food - fish & chips, delicious pasties and breakfast including fresh bean coffee and tea
  • Fresh baked bread including croissants and pastries
  • Sweets, chocolate, ice-creams, soft drinks
  • Meat for your BBQ from Paul Bray, our local well known butcher - superb burgers, sausages, steaks and spare ribs as well as mince for the holiday chilli!
  • Eggs and milk from the local farm and dairy
  • Free Trade fresh bean coffee and tea
  • A small seating area outside Reception
  • Calor Gas and Gaz are available

Our amenity facilities are excellent with free showers, shaver points, hair driers and hand driers, ladies make-up area and electric socket (for straighteners), underfloor heating, no-touch adjustable shower controls and easy clean surfaces and floorings. We have full disabled facilities and family rooms with baby changing.

We were awarded 5 star Loo of the Year Award for 2010.

We have an under cover washing up area which is suitable for wheel chair use. We have hot water available and there is a small compost bin for collecting your veggie peelings.

We have a small launderette that has a commercial washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A sink is available for handwashing.

We have a 40 metre adventure play area for Children including a baby springer. We have a separate area for ball games. We have a giant chess set and a giant connect 4.

During the summer and peak periods, we organise rounders, cricket, chess tournaments and archery. We are a family park so we actively encourage all family members to join in and have fun with us.

We do not allow any cycling on the site anywhere. All the roads are gravel, and apart from having some nasty injuries falling off - skidding and spraying stones over caravans is unacceptable. There are many cycle paths a short distance away such as the Plym Trail, Camel Trail and up in the Tamar Valley at Gunnislake.

WiFi is available on site. There is also a computer available for a quick check on emails with access to the internet.

During peak periods, we organise BBQ's, competitions, Easter bunny hunt's and encourage anyone who wishes to organise football for all. We are a family park.

Our Information Centre has a variety of ideas of what to do and where to go during your holiday. You can borrow books, magazines and a few board games. We have details of the local bus service, train timetables, where to eat locally and you can borrow walking cards (some via a pub) if you fancy exploring the country lanes around the park. We also have our wildlife nature quiz which around Dolbeare Park. If you need any help or would like ideas, please come and ask.

Free Fridge and Freezer for our campers. This is located in the Paddock. Names and dates on all items. Everything disposed of on Monday's that has no names or is out of date.

Ice for drinks is available from Reception. Please ask for details.

The bus stop is at the end of the road on the A38, it's just under a mile away on a level walk to Saltash (including the station for St Austell and the Eden Project), Plymouth and beyond and to Liskeard (including the station), Looe, Polperro, Trago Mills and Bodmin - you can find bus timetables in the Information Centre.

With fuel costs forever increasing, why not leave your caravan or motorhome here in our secure storage area instead of taking it home again. We offer pitch and store and if you have a caravan, we can tow it onto site for your awaiting your arrival. For more information, please call us 01752 851332.

Information Centre

We have an extensive information centre with maps, leaflets, guides covering a wide area of both Devon and Cornwall as well as wildlife on our Park. We also have our own guides on `Where to eat', `Where to walk', `Sports and Recreation', `Beaches' and our `Suggestions Leaflet' of things you might miss.
