Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking. This is £25 per pitch per week or part week, or the pitch fee if less.

Payment of Deposit
There is no surcharge for credit or debit cards. We do not accept cheques except for a deposit where the cheque is received more than one month prior to arrival. We will impose a £20 administration fee if a cheque is returned unpaid.

Minimum booking period
During busy weekends and our Peak season there may be a minimum booking period. We always try to accommodate overnight guests using the Plymouth Roscoff/Santander ferry.

Special requests
Whilst we always do our best to accommodate any special requests, including those for a specific pitch, location or grouping, these requests cannot be guaranteed.

Arrivals
Pitches are normally available from 12.00. During quiet periods the pitch may be available between 09.00 and 12.00. We do not have an early arrivals area.

Late Arrivals
Arrivals after 20.00 are by prior agreement and a charge may be payable. We no not have a late arrivals area.

Balance
The full balance is payable upon arrival. We do not surcharge for credit cards. Cheques are accepted up to the value of the guarantee card.

Non-Arrival
No refund will be made in the event of non-arrival. In the event of un-notified non-arrival the pitch will be released the following morning and the booking cancelled. We will do our best to accommodate any notice of arrival at a later (or earlier) date than booked.

Vehicles
We do not allow any vans, trucks, commercial or signwritten vehicles on site.
 

Caravans and Motorhomes
Caravans should be no longer than 28 feet including the towing equipment. Awnings should be specified in advance to ensure suitable pitch allocation. We have a limited number of pitches available for European units.

RVs and large Motorhomes
We can accommodate units up to 38 feet / 11.5m long and 12 feet / 3.6m high. There is a £5 per day charge for units longer than 30 feet / 9.0m. Please call us to discuss your requirements.

Tents
Our tent pitches are designed for tents up to a maximum of 8 meters wide including the guy ropes to ensure fire safety separation.

Tents larger than 8 metres wide can be accommodated by prior arrangement. An additional pitch fee will be charged if two adjacent pitches need to be combined.

Children
All children are welcome. Children aged under 18 are the responsibility of their parents or guardian, whilst on site.

Dogs
Maximum of two dogs per pitch, some breeds are restricted – please call to discuss.

Late Check out Facility
Pitches should be vacated by 11.00. During quiet periods a 17.00 late checkout facility may be available for a fee of £5 payable before 11.00. Any pitch occupied after 17.00 will be charged an additional night.

Liability
The Park and its facilities are used entirely at guests' own risk. Vehicles and caravans at Dolbeare Park are left entirely at the owners risk.

Insurance
We recommend that guests and their vehicles are insured accordingly.

VAT
All price include VAT at the standard rate
