1.1 Bookings
Advance bookings of caravan and tent pitches are advisable in peak periods. Full payment is required for bookings made two weeks before arrival date.

1.2 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £25 or £50 (high season) is required to confirm any booking. Deposits are charged per week or part week per pitch. The deposit is doubled for any group booking or for any request for a specific pitch. By paying the deposit you are entering into a contract with Dolbeare Park and thereby agree to our Booking and Park Conditions. We do not accept cheques

1.3 Minimum booking period
During busy weekends and our Peak season there may be a minimum booking period.

1.4 Balance
The full balance is payable upon arrival by cash or credit card. No cheques.

1.5 Changes to Booking
Please let us know in good time if you wish to change your booking. Changes to bookings within one month prior to arrival will incur a £10 administration charge.

1.6 Special requests
Whilst we always do our best to accommodate any special requests, including those for a specific pitch, location or grouping, these requests cannot be guaranteed.

1.7 Maximum Occupancy
Up to a maximum of six persons per pitch at the proprietor’s discretion.

1.8 Groups
A maximum of three adjacent pitches and a total of 12 persons per group booking at the proprietor’s discretion.

1.9 Arrivals
Pitches are normally available from 12.00. During quiet periods the pitch may be available between 09.00 and 12.00. We do not have an early arrivals area.

1.10 Early/Late Arrivals
No arrivals before 9am. Arrivals between 6pm and 8pm will incur a £10 late arrival fee, and between 8pm and 10pm will incur a £20 late arrival fee. No admittance after 10pm. We do not have an early arrivals area

1.11 Non-Arrival
No refund will be made in the event of non-arrival. In the event of un-notified non-arrival the pitch will be released at 9am the following morning and the booking cancelled.

1.12 Vehicles
We do not allow any vans, trucks, commercial or signwritten vehicles on site.
 

1.13 Caravans
Caravans should be no longer than 28 feet including the towing equipment. Awnings should be specified in advance to ensure suitable pitch allocation. We have a limited number of pitches available for European units.

1.14 Motor Homes and RV's
We can accommodate units up to 38 feet / 11.5m long and 12 feet / 3.6m high. There is a £5 per day charge for units longer than 28 feet / 8.5m. Please call us to discuss your requirements.

1.15 Tents
Our tent pitches are designed for tents up to a maximum of 8 metres wide including the guy ropes to ensure fire safety separation. Tents larger than 8 metres wide can be accommodated by prior arrangement. An additional pitch fee will be charged if two adjacent pitches need to be combined.

1.16 Gazebos and Day Tents
We allow one gazebo per tent pitch at the proprietor’s discretion and must be booked in advance.

1.17 Quiet Time
Between 10.30pm and 7am is quiet time when we ask for all noise to be kept to an absolute minimum to allow our guests to relax in peace.

 

1.18 Children
Parents are responsible for the behaviour, safety and supervision of persons under 16 at all times in all areas of the Park. Children must return to their families by 10.30pm latest.

1.19 Dogs
Maximum of two dogs per pitch, some breeds are restricted – please call to discuss.

1.20 Late Check out Facility
Pitches should be vacated by 11.00. During quiet periods a 17.00 late checkout facility may be available for a fee of £5 payable before 11.00. Any pitch occupied after 17.00 will be charged an additional night.

1.21 Liability
The Park and its facilities are used entirely at guests' own risk. Vehicles and caravans at Dolbeare Park are left entirely at the owners risk.

1.22 Insurance
We recommend that guests and their vehicles are insured accordingly.

1.23 VAT
All price include VAT at the prevailing rate
