Fixed Eurotent Terms and Conditions

Our Fixed Eurotent conditions are in addition to Dolbeare Park’s standard Booking Conditions and Park Conditions.

  1. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required with all bookings.
  2. The balance must be paid prior to eight weeks before the arrival date. A reminder will not be sent.
  3. Refunds will not be given, in any circumstances, for any changes made to your booking once the balance has been paid in full.
  4. The Fixed Eurotent is available for Saturday to Saturday booking only from 3.00pm on arrival to 10.00am on departure. No late departures available.
  5. The maximum number of people accommodated in our Fixed Eurotent is 6. This is for a family unit of a maximum of 4 adults. No single sex parties. Only those people listed on the booking may stay in the fixed tent.
  6. No dogs allowed in the tent at any time.
  7. No gazebos or pup tents are permitted.
  8. The person who made the booking is deemed to be fully responsible for the booking, payment of deposit and balance, including all responsibility for the members of the booked party.
  9. Fire: Campers must make themselves aware of the fire safety equipment and procedures as soon as possible after arrival.
  10. Inventory: There is an inventory and price list of equipment in the fixed tent. You will be required to pay for any damage or breakages. Should you experience any malfunction with any equipment, please advise Reception immediately. We reserve the right to request an inventory deposit.
  11. We will not accept liability for any lost or stolen property.

We recommend that you take out your own Holiday and Cancellation Insurance.
