Lotus Belle Tent Terms and Conditions

These conditions are in addition to Dolbeare Park’s standard Booking Conditions and Park Conditions.

  1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full cost of booking is required with all bookings.
  2. The balance must be paid eight weeks before the arrival date. A reminder will not be sent.
  3. Refunds will not be given, under any circumstances and no changes are permitted once the balance has been paid in full. Please ensure that you take adequate holiday insurance.
  4. The Lotus Belle Tent is available for Friday to Friday bookings (all week), Friday to Monday bookings (weekend) or Friday to Thursday bookings (mid-week). Arrival time is from 3pm to 7pm and departure is by 10.00am. No late arrivals or departures available.
  5. The Lotus Belle Tent is for a family of up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16. Only those people listed on the booking may stay in the Lotus Belle Tent.
  6. No dogs or pets allowed in the tent at any time.
  7. No gazebos, windbreaks or pup tents are permitted.
  8. The person who made the booking is deemed to be fully responsible for the booking, payment of deposit and balance, including all responsibility for the members of the booked party.
  9. Fire: Campers must make themselves aware of the fire safety equipment and procedures as soon as possible after arrival.
  10. Firepit: Do not move the firepit from its location. Keep a bucket of water nearby at all times when in use.
  11. Inventory: There is an inventory and price list of equipment in the Belle Tent. You will be required to pay for any damage or breakages. Should you experience any malfunction with any equipment, please advise Reception immediately. We reserve the right to request an inventory deposit.
  12. We will not accept liability for any lost or stolen property.

We recommend that you take out your own Holiday and Cancellation Insurance.
